On November 4, 2025, a delegation from Centro Escolar University (CEU) in the Philippines visited Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) College of Nursing. The delegation included members: Dr. Elvira L. Urgel, Dean of the School of Nursing; Dr. Julieta Z. Dungca, Dean of Technology, Project Leader for CEU SINTA Hub(Center for Innovation in Health Sciences); Dr. Josephine M. De Leon, Head of Research and Innovation Department; Dr. Eliza B. Ayo, Head of Computer Education; Dr. Sofia Magdalena N. Robles, Professor of School of Nursing; and Ms. Ceryl G. Sagun, Faculty Member of School of Nursing.

During the visit, the delegation engaged in an in-depth discussion with Prof. Hsin-Tien Hsu, Chair of the School of Nursing at KMU, along with other faculty members. The meeting focused on topics such as academic collaboration, research development, and opportunities for faculty and student exchanges. Both parties expressed their hopes to foster long-term and productive international partnerships through future cooperation in education and research.
