Assistant Professor Lin Shih-Chun, Deputy Director of the Research Development and Global Affairs Division at KMU College of Nursing, visited the School of Nursing and Medical Technology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City, and the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Technology at Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, to engage in in-depth discussions on the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic collaboration.
During the visit, Assistant Professor Lin introduced the unique features of KMU’s International Ph.D. Program and its graduates’ achievements, encouraging faculty and alumni from both universities to apply. The visit also provided an opportunity to gain insights into Vietnam’s healthcare environment, institutional structures, and distinctive features, while exploring the feasibility and challenges of implementing international research collaborations. This visit not only strengthened academic exchange but also laid a solid foundation for long-term collaboration between KMU College of Nursing and the two universities in Vietnam.
