The College of Nursing at Kaohsiung Medical University (CON KMU) is proud to announce a significant milestone in its international partnership. Dr. Ching-Min Chen, Dean of CON KMU, was invited by our sister institution, the Faculty of Nursing at Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Thailand, to deliver a keynote speech at the 6th International Nursing Conference.
Dean Chen's presentation, titled "Navigating Health and Well-being Across Regions: The Taiwan Model and Architecture of Future Care," highlighted the operation and efficiency of Taiwan's healthcare system, emphasizing the pivotal role that nursing professionals play within it. During the event, Dean Chen also engaged in fruitful discussions regarding future collaborations with international speakers and experts from Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, China, and the host country, Thailand.
Following the conference, a grand MOU signing ceremony took place on May 27th at 4:00 PM at the Faculty of Nursing, PSU. Witnessed by more than ten faculty and staff members from PSU, this memorandum officially opens a brilliant new chapter for future international collaboration and academic exchange between our two universities.
